01 - YOUR CONSULTATION
Then we inspect it in detail. We look closely at the surfaces around your home and use drones to get up close to your roof, checking its condition so we can recommend the best cleaning method for your specific property.
That gives us everything we need to build a cleaning plan around your home, your goals and the condition of each surface.
You leave the consultation with our recommendation, a clear plan for your property and a detailed written quotation setting out the work and price.
02 - PREP & PROTECTION
Before work begins, we carry out a final pre-clean inspection to make sure nothing has changed since your consultation and the property is ready for the clean.
Garden furniture, potted plants, ornaments and other movable items are moved away from the working areas. Anything that needs to stay in place is covered and protected, so the rest of your home and garden stays looked after while we work.
We also protect your drainage system. Downpipes and drainage are disconnected or temporarily blocked where needed to keep moss, dirt, debris and dirty runoff out.
NO BOOTS ON TILES.
We have a strict No Boots on Tiles policy. Roof cleaning is carried out from safe access positions, our mobile scaffold towers or cherry pickers, so we do not need to walk across your roof tiles and risk breaking or damaging them.
By the time cleaning starts, your property has been checked, prepared and protected, so we can focus entirely on the transformation.
03 - THE CLEAN
With the plan agreed and your property protected, we get to work.
We clean methodically from the top down, taking the time each area needs to remove the built-up moss, dirt and staining that has accumulated over the years.
Depending on your property, that might include manual moss removal and treatment, controlled low-pressure cleaning, softwashing, specialist surface cleaning, or a combination of methods chosen to suit each individual surface.
Whatever the approach, we clean thoroughly and work to reveal the cleanest, brightest, best-looking version of your property that each surface can safely achieve.
04 - THE FINISH
It’s in the finishing details.
We clear away the moss and debris, wash away dirty runoff, streaks and residue, clean down the surrounding areas, complete a full window clean and put anything we’ve moved back where it belongs.

We don’t walk across your roof tiles to clean them.

IF IT SHOULDN’T BE CLEANED, WE DON’T
We won’t risk your property just to win the work.
Every surface is assessed before we clean it. If we believe cleaning it could cause damage or isn’t appropriate for its condition, we’ll tell you and leave it out of the quote.

3-YEAR MOSS TREATMENT WARRANTY
If the moss comes back, so do we.
If live moss regrows on treated areas within 3 years of the treatment date, we’ll return and re-treat the affected areas free of charge.
